Mr. Corcoran is the only certified appraiser of Fine Art and Personal Property in Northeast Ohio. He is personally tested and certified by the top three National Appraisal Associations - The Appraisers Association of America (AAA), The American Society of Appraisers (ASA), and the International Society of Appraisers (ISA). His appraisal practice includes clients across the US and Canada. In addition Mr. Corcoran is an active subscriber to Askart.com, Artprice.com and Artfact.com, the latter being an important antiques and decorative arts site.

Corcoran Fine Arts Ltd., Inc. is actively engaged in the appraisal of fine arts, decorative arts, Titanic and other collectibles, and antiques for private clients and organizations. Mr. Corcoran is regularly involved in preparing charitable donation and federal estate tax appraisals; he also works for clients around the country on loss and damage claims and serves as an expert witness and consultant in litigation matters involving fine art.

C & C Fine Art Ltd. for whom Mr. Corcoran is the designated North American agent is involved in the private sale of Old Master and 19th and 20th century masterworks of art primarily in North America and Europe. This involvement provides hands on knowledge of and experience with the art market on an ongoing basis.
